Marc Levy

Founder and former CEO & Chairman of Norsemont Mining (TSX: NOM), which he grew from a market capitalization of $1mm and subsequently sold to Hudbay Minerals Inc. for $520mm. He has raised over $300mm in the resource, agriculture and technology sectors. He brings over 30 years of management and leadership experience. Mr. Levy has been involved in several successful exits including Petaquilla Minerals (TSX: PTQ) sold to Inmet Mining for $350mm and Coal Hunter Resources to Cardero Group for $52mm. Recently he was founder of Aurora Cannabis (TSX: ACB) which grew from a market capitalization of $1mm to approximately $800mm within 2 years and peaked at $16bn. As well, a founder and director of Payfirma Corp., which was sold to Mercco Payments Inc.

Jack Currie

Jack is an exploration geologist with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of mineral exploration and project management. He resides in Chile and has spent the last 30 years of his career exploring for base and precious metals deposits in South America. He has identified and led exploration activities culminating with the discovery of the “world-class” Sierra Gorda Cu-Mo (Au) porphyry deposit for KGHM. He has been directly responsible for administration, and project generative exploration budgets exceeding US$30,000,000. Prior to his 15 year tenure with KGHM, Jack worked in expanding roles from Senior Geologist to Exploration Manager for several Canadian junior mining & exploration companies, including, Princeton Mining, Atna Resources, Aquest Minerals, Rio Algom and Quadra Mining.

Patrick Burns

A Canadian geologist with over 40 years’ experience throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America, Patrick was directly involved in the discovery of the Escondida porphyry copper deposit in Chile, as well as the Escondida Norte and Zaldivar deposits and was the first Project Manager of all three. He has been involved in publicly traded mining companies predominantly in Chile for 35 years.

David Laing

David Laing is a mining engineer with 40 years of experience in the industry. He is an independent mining executive. David was formerly the COO of Equinox Gold, with gold projects in Brazil and California, COO of True Gold Mining which developed a gold heap leaching operation in Burkina Faso, and COO and EVP of Quintana Resources Capital, a base metals streaming company. David was also one of the original executives of Endeavour Mining, a gold producer in West Africa. He’s currently a director of Fortuna Silver Mines. He has advised over $25 billion worth of M&A projects in the resource sector over his career.

Tom Henricksen

Mr. Henricksen served as VP of Exploration for Aegean Metals Group in 2012, leading the senior field team in identifying, evaluating and acquiring 2 high-grade gold-copper prospects (VMS Hot Maden and Ergama) in Turkey. In 2005, Mr. Henricksen served as senior geologist for AQM Copper, which won a bid from Teck to explore and develop a copper-gold deposit (Zafranal) in Peru, resulting in a 500MM ton copper resource. Prior to this, Mr. Henricksen served as a member of the Arctic exploration team that successfully identified the Red Dog mine in Alaska, now the world’s largest zinc reserves. Before this, Mr. Henricksen led efforts to secure Eskay Creek for US Borax (Rio Tinto), which at the time became the world’s highest-grade gold mine and the 5th largest silver mine by volume. Mr. Henricksen was also Chief Geologist of Norsemont Mining (TSX: NOM) which sold to HudBay for $520mm. He holds a BSc in Geology from University of Wisconsin, and a PhD in Economic Geology from Oregon State University.

Art Freeze

Art Freeze has an impressive 48 years of experience in Mineral Exploration & Project Management. Until 2007, he served as the Primary Consulting Geologist for Goldcorp Inc., Chief Geologist of Wheaton River and has held Consulting, Management & Supervisory positions with international mining companies such as Cominco Ltd., Pasminco Exploration, Echo Bay Mines and Pan American Silver Corp. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC). Mr. Freeze was a Consulting Geologist & Advisory Board Member for Orko Silver Corp. Presently, Mr. Freeze serves as director of Barsele Minerals Corp., Orex Minerals Inc., Silver Viper Minerals Corp., and Canasil Resources Inc. Previously, Mr. Freeze was a director of Norsemont Mining Inc. (TSX: NOM) which was sold to HudBay Minerals for $520mm.

Kulwant Sandher

Has 25+ years of experience in operational, finance/accounting management, as well as management consulting with a number of public companies, with a focus on Nasdaq. He is currently serving as CFO of Vision Marine Tech. (NASDAQ: VMAR). Having been in Private Practice as a Chartered Accountant since 1988, He has served as President and CFO of Turner Valley Oil & Gas Inc. since 2004, CFO of Astorius Resources Ltd, Intigold Mines and also served as CFO and Corp. Secretary of Nasdaq listed Electra Meccanica Vehicles Corp. (Nasdaq: SOLO). Mr. Sandher has recently been involved in raising over $100m USD in capital.

Bill Koutsouras

Bill spent 10 years as the EVP, CFO and a Director of Endeavour Financial, a mining focused merchant bank. He oversaw financial advisory mandates, investment related services and the financial management and operation of the Endeavour group of companies and was involved in over $25 billion of M&A transactions and in over $4 billion of financing for junior/mid-tier resource companies. He’s one of the original executives involved in the creation of Endeavour Mining, a senior gold producer in West Africa. He is currently Chairman of Wheaton Precious Metals International, a subsidiary of Wheaton Precious Metals Corp., Chairman of Aton Resources, Lead Director at Galaxy Digital Holdings and a Director of Endeavour Financial Corporation. He is a CPA and CFA.

Charles Ross

Mr. Ross has more than 25 years’ experience in the international resource sector, much of which is focused on senior project and financial management. He has served as a director, president, and chief financial officer of numerous public resource companies and has extensive experience in corporate finance and public company administration.

Sorin Posescu

Mr. Posescu is CEO and Director of SolidusGold Inc., a publicly traded mineral exploration and development company. He is a professional geologist with 25 years of experience in natural resources exploration and development. He has worked on world class deposits including Donlin Gold and Galore Creek during his time with NovaGold. Subsequently, he participated in several discoveries in Nevada for Sierra Geothermal Power, which was then sold to Ram Power. He served as VP of Exploration for Brixton Metals where during his tenure, the company made several discoveries. Mr. Posescu was instrumental in creating shareholder value when he acquired and subsequently sold the Kahuna Diamonds property (4 Million carats of diamonds resource) to Dunnedin Ventures. As well, Mr. Posescu founded and subsequently sold a precious metals royalty company.

Kyle Haddow

Mr. Haddow is an active market participant and investor in the public markets in North America, where he assists companies with capital markets requirements including advisory, financing, and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience as a director or officer of several public and private companies, and currently serves as a director of FTC Cards Inc. and Wangton Capital Corp. and chief financial officer of Monarch West Ventures Inc.

Mr. Haddow has operated as a consultant and investor in the Canadian market after several years of working in merchant banking. He has experience with companies in a variety of industries and has played an integral role in the management and co-ordination of multiple financing rounds for public and private companies. He has also successfully assisted companies with go-public strategies, initial public offerings, M&As and corporate restructurings.

Mr. Haddow earned a BA in political science from McGill University and a master’s in global management from Royal Roads University
